It was a fabulous stay for 3 more nights. The personnel was welcoming and superfriendly. The room was very pretty and spacious, it had a shower and bath sheets. Location: the hotel was short walk to nice bars, shops and restaurants and a cute beautiful beach, and nearby restaurants and shops. Everything was simply fine😀🙂

I absolutely loved the ambiance of Serena Tulum - Adults Only. The hotel's decoration had a charming rustic feel, with cozy seating areas and beautiful greenery. It felt like a peaceful oasis in the middle of nature. As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. The paths were well-maintained and easy to navigate, allowing me to move around comfortably. The staff were incredibly helpful, always offering their support and making sure I felt taken care of. It was a truly wonderful experience.

The only thing I would have asked for to make it a better vacation for senior people is more seating options in the general areas of the hotel. It would have been nice to have more comfortable chairs or benches where seniors like me could relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and highly recommend it! the staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They were always available to help with any questions or requests. Secondly, the rooms were comfortable and had a unique jungle bathroom concept that added to the charm of the place. Finally, the location was perfect, as it was nestled near the beach and surrounded by nature. It was a great escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

No major complaints, everything was just fine.

The complementary facts were great, we got a free drink at the bar and a voucher for a nearby restaurant. the dip in the pool was refreshing on a hot day. the location was great, close to other attractions and restaurants.

The bugs were constant in the tents, not even the mosquito net could keep them out. the breakfast was not worth the price, with small portions and mediocre options.

The pool area at Serena Tulum - Adults Only is absolutely stunning. It's a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The design and ambiance of the hotel create a peaceful and serene atmosphere, which is exactly what we were looking for during our stay.

One specific situation that stood out during our visit was when we encountered a bat in our room. Although it was a bit unexpected, the staff at Serena Tulum - Adults Only handled the situation promptly and professionally.

Great location near beach, restaurants, and bars. Fantastic staff that upgraded our room and provided 24/7 communication through WhatsApp. Drool-worthy breakfast, free yoga class, and safe parking. I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed during my time there. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Plus, it was just a short distance away from some beautiful public beaches where I could relax and swim. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and I especially loved the jungle bathroom. The breakfast offered was simple but delicious, with good coffee to start my day.

All in all, everything was more than ok during my stay.
